New Fashion Co-Op “Better than Jam” Opens!

In the same spirit of the last post, a brand new fashion Co-Op called “Better than Jam” has just opened on Flushing Avenue in the Loom! I just went to check it out this Saturday and the collection is amazing. Each designer there has their own distinct style that is totally recognizable. All the products are designed by NYC designers and made here! Take a look at some of my favorite things that I saw:

Party at the LOOM!

Tonight Bushwick’s very own LOOM is hosting an opening fashion/ art party. What could you do on a Saturday night that sounds any better? The party is to celebrate to celebrate the LOOM which is a building that hosts many studios and quaint retail establishments in the neighborhood. The Loom is a huge contribution to what makes Bushwick so up- and- coming!

Party at the Loom tonight and celebrate art and fashion in Brooklyn!

FREE PEOPLE BROOKLYN IS OPEN!

Free People Brooklyn has just opened on 113 Smith Street in Boerum Hill. Come visit us! We’ve been open for about a week and have received great feedback on our new look and items.

Bunny Cafe- BYOB

Bunny Rabbit Cafe in Nogoya, Japan, is in the business of bunnies. For $1 a minute you can cuddle and play with one of their hard- working staff rabbits. OR you can bring your own bunny (byob) to have it meet new friends. The owners of the cafe thought of the idea since many people in Nogoya can’t own pets in their apartments. 

I love this idea! I hope someone in New York opens up a Bunny Cafe. Imagine how much happier people would be during rush hour! For similar videos visit the It News YouTube page.
