Our associate Shannon had so much fun building a snowman in our backyard the other day during the snowstorm. Take a look at her and Winston, her creation!

Shannon is wearing the Free People Lace Back Cardigan over the Short Sleeve Lace Tank and the Wooden Ships Earwarmer.

That’s the best way to enjoy a snowstorm!

Yesterday since we got out a little early from Free People due to the blizzard, I decided to have some fun in the snow! My friend Ryan and I walked around Williamsburg to enjoy the sights. Take a look at some of our pics.

I snapped a picture of the Archive in Bushwick before getting on the train. Bogart Street looked amazing in the snow.

The colors and images he uses in his illustrations make them different from other comic illustrators. Check out more of Estrin’s work on his blog.

It’s been up for almost a month… and I haven’t seen many posts about it on the internet, but “Who Shot Rock and Roll” now being exhibited at the Brooklyn Museum of Art looks awesome and I know I’m going to go see it. The Museum claims that it’s goal with this exhibit is to “acknowledge the photographer’s creative and collaborative role in history of rock music.” Sounds pretty sweet to me. Check out some photos being shown at the exhibit:

Brooklyn’s very own branch of “Buffalo Exchange” has been accepting Halloween costumes to resale for this season! I can only imagine what kind of crazy things one could come up with by checking out this well known thrift store for ideas. (We all love “New York Costumes” but this late in the costume shopping- game is gonna be a little crazy and picked over there). The great thing about “Buffalo Exchange” is because it’s a thrift store, I’m sure you can get creative and buy vintage clothes for costumes that you can reuse!

Flier for "Buffalo Exchange." A great place for inspiration this Halloween!

"Free People" Super Studded Skinny Jeans. Great denim, but I'm thinkin' could also be great for a "Courtney Love" or "Joan Jett"
