Williamsburg is continuing its own fashion week… end, seperate from the tourist hoopla- of the one in Bryant Park. Late, yes. Late in up- and- coming- fashion! Heck no! Maybe it’s because we like to do things are own way here in Brooklyn, maybe the “end” is because we like to keep it short and sweet, it could be that we like to have the last word or maybe it’s because we’re “fashionably late,” everyone is excited for Williamsburg Fashion Week…end!
Personally, I am excited for Elisha Trimble’s new collection. Her previous one can still be bought at the “Dressing Room” in SoHo, but take a look at New York’s very own innovation below!

Unfortunatley, despite my RSVP I got there too late to see them… however the “Red Bull Space” is really great! A lot of people were dancing for the DJ that spun after the band, and admission and drinks were free along with an RSVP! The line was a little long, but I’ve waited longer for things I’ve actually paid for, plus they had a weird free- photo booth thing that kept you entertained. All in all, I will definatley be looking for more events at the “RED BULL SPACE” in SOHO and for “Crystal Castles” concerts to make up for the one I missed.
The Red Bull Space and be used for concerts, gallery shows, dining events and fashion shows. How much fun!
For more info on the “Red Bull Space” visit their website at http://redbullspace.com. Unfortunately they don’t post upcoming events on the website : (
“Crystal Castles” can be heard on their MySpace, myspace.com/crystalcastles.
The MySpace address also posts future tour dates!
